Terms & conditions

Any engagement made through and/or in connection with our website www.global–medical.org (the "Website"), whether the applicant is applying to us through the Website, a call to a telephone number appears on the Website or through chat or forums available on the Website or whether we contact the applicant per the applicant's request (the "Patient"), shall be governed by the following terms:

1. The materials accessible from or on this Website are provided on an “As is” basis, and the Company expressly disclaims any implied or express warranties or conditions of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Although the Company has attempted to provide accurate information on this Website as a service to its users, the Company assumes no responsibility for, and makes no representations with respect to, the accuracy or completeness of the information as posted on the Website or to any results obtained from accessing and using such information.
3. The information provided in this Website does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or recommendation and should not be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem or a disease, nor is it a substitute for any professional care if such is not obtained through the Company. While the Company uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Company and/or anyone on its behalf, is merely a broker between the service providers and Patient.
4. Patient acknowledges that all medical treatments carry certain risks, and agrees to bear the responsibility for any risk or results of the medical treatment. The Company shall not bear any liability for the treatment results.
5. Any advice rendered by the Company or any person or entity on its behalf, if any, does not replace the professional opinion by the hospital or clinic medical crew nor obligate the Company or the person or entity providing such advise in any way that the Services will be actually performed. In addition, the Company does not guarantee that, other than services that were expressly agreed upon between the Company and the Patient, any Services mentioned in this Website will be available or available in the form described.
6. Patient acknowledges and undertakes to secure and maintain an insurance covering all relevant medical treatments, prior to his engagement with the Company.
7. Patient acknowledges and agrees that his payment obligations towards the Company are not conditioned in any way, including upon the performance of or any results or success of the Services.
8. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for the treatment itself, its conduct or outcome, and, among others, shall not be liable for any delays, unplanned expenses and other factors not entirely under the Company’s control (e.g., natural hazards, flight cancelations, force majeure events, etc.).
9. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitations, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages related to the Services or otherwise. Without derogating from the above, the Company’s total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount actually paid to the Company by Patient in connection with the applicable treatment.
10. The Patient shall obtain at his own expense all the required insurance coverage and permits in connection with his stay in Israel. The Company is not providing insurance coverage for Patients.
11. The Company shall have no liability whatsoever to any companion of the Patient. Accordingly, it is highly recommended that such companions or other third parties accompanying the Patient, will obtain the required insurance coverage and permits for their stay in Israel. None of the Services shall be provided or available for such third parties.
12. The engagement between the Company and the Patient is solely for the Services. The Company shall not be liable in any manner to any other activities of the Patient or anyone on his behalf in Israel. By engaging the Company, the Patient represents and undertakes that he or anyone in his behalf will not engage in any unlawful or dishonorable activities during his stay in Israel. In case the Patient stays in Israel for purpose other than receiving the medical treatment, he shall be solely liable for any such activities and the Services do not cover any such activities in any manner.  
13. These terms shall supersede any other terms, representations or warranties whether expressed or implied in any place over the Website and/or made orally by our representatives.
14. These terms shall be governed by laws of the state of Israel and any dispute between the Company and Patient will be resolved by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel only.
